The Festival of Arab Culture «Arab tale» in Rostov-on-Don

In the Regional House of Folk Art in Rostov-on-Don hosted a cultural event, The Festival of Arab Culture «Arab tale», which attracted attention of more than 450 guests. The program of the event featured 10 creative performances prepared by the students from the Arab East.

The festival provided an opportunity to immerse everyone in the magical atmosphere of a fairy tale. The guests enjoyed the taste of oriental sweets, the delightful rhythms of Arabic music and mesmerizing dances. The art of henna (mehendi) aroused particular interest: many people have decorated their hands with elegant drawings, which, according to legend, bring good luck.

The theatrical production, which immerses the audience in the world of Egyptian legends, attracted exceptional attention. The unique performance became a bright accent of the program. An exhibition was also held at the Festival, where one could see traditional outfits and art objects reflecting the richness of Arab culture.

«Arab tale» is not just a festival, it is a real journey where everyone could touch the cultural heritage of the Middle East and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the holiday.
