Applications are still acceptedfor the pilot project “International Olympiad of the Russian-African Network University” for bachelor’s degree graduates from African countries.

As of March 19, 2026, 230 people have registered to participate in the Olympiad.The greatest interest remains in the field of “Computer Science, Engineering, and Technologies of the Future”—76 applications. There have been 57 and 56 applications submitted for the fields of “Economics and Management” and “International Relations and Humanities,” respectively, and 41 applications for “Biomedicine and Cognitive Sciences.”
The geographic reach of participants continues to expand and now spans more than 25 African countries. The leaders in terms of registrations are Nigeria (43 participants), Benin (29), Côte d’Ivoire (28), and The Gambia (27). A significant number of applications were also received from Egypt, Congo, Cameroon, and Sudan, as well as a number of other countries on the continent.
