On September 16, the Polytechnic University was visited by a prominent delegation from the National Center for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics under the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Republic of Mali, led by Ousmane Guindo. He is a technical advisor responsible for administrative and institutional matters. This year, 19 Russian universities participating in the Russian-African Network University (RAFU) are conducting Summer University programs to enhance the qualifications of more than 270 African citizens. "Today we stand on the threshold of new opportunities in artificial intelligence and advanced technologies. Our primary goal is to train highly qualified professionals capable of making meaningful contributions to the development of science and technology. It is important to remember that the foundation of everything is a deep understanding of higher mathematics, which forms a solid base for future achievements. We are proud that our university maintains strong mathematical schools, which have been the source of talented engineers and scientists working around the world. Our team is ready to open doors for internships and collaboration with young researchers to move forward together," welcomed Dmitry Arseniev.
Mr. Ousmane Guindo expressed his gratitude for the reception and introduced Professor Sogoba Jacqueline Konaté, Head of the National Center for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics.

"We are pleased to have the opportunity to visit the Polytechnic University, one of Russia's leading engineering institutions. Such cooperation holds special significance for Africa and has been ongoing for decades. Many generations of scientists and researchers have received Russian education, which has become the foundation of their success. Today, we aim to adopt this experience, preparing qualified teaching staff who can contribute to the development of science and technology in the Republic of Mali. Collaboration with the Polytechnic University opens up new opportunities for us. These include internships, joint projects, and academic mobility. We are confident that together we can achieve significant results," noted Mr. Ousmane Guindo.
